Excellent short book on what to expect if you are charged with a criminal offence. It takes you through what will happen in both Magistrates and Crown Court, from being charged to sentencing, or acquittal. Aimed at those already facing a charge, but most people do not know what happens in our courts, so if this is you, I would recommend this book.
